Title: HRT Equivalents
Post by: Poppy61 on April 28, 2022, 07:57:50 PM
Evening Ladies is anyone please able to advise me on oestrogen equivalent doses. I now have an Everel Conti 50mg patch and need to know the equivalent of this in terms of pumps of Oestrogel and 1mg Elleste Conti. I hope this makes sense. Many thanks and have a nice evening 😊

2 pumps gel is equivalent to evorel conti. Not sure about elleste. Have a look at the menopause charity website, I think they have the info there. It's possible it's on the Treatments tab here.

Hi Poppy. A 50mcg Evorel conti patch is classed as a ‘medium’ dose and is roughly approx to 2 pumps of estrogen. 1mg Elleste is a ‘low’ dose preparation so less than either of the other two. If you check under the various HRT preparations tabs on this website it shows you the groupings of low, medium and higher dosages x
