Oh girls, I really felt I could have wrote that , her 2nd natural menopause is so me, HRT helping but all still a struggle for sure. :-\

Powerful. Needs to be read by all! Especially the person who told me that campaigning for more menopause research & better treatment of menopause was selfish because other diseases like cancer and heart disease etc are more important. 🤬 It was a woman, post menopausal. When I asked how was her menopause she said oh I didn’t have too many symptoms…….

Hello ladies.

I remember reading this article when it was first published in 2018. Depressing to think that so much of it still rings true!

I will check out the author's website, maybe she found the magic cure after all...
