Am not sure of your stage in menopause etc, but four sprays seems a lot for a new method? Sorry if you've given info before! (Remember to hold the container completely upright, at a ninety degree angle to your inner forearm.) Good luck! 🤞

Hi Postmeno3
I was on 1.25mg of premarin with the mirena coil until a doc at the hospital decided I'd had enough and should be post meno so withdrew everything. Within a few months I could barely move due to aches and pains, had really bad brain fog etc etc, anyway my local doc put me on evorel and I got a new mirena coil fitted, and she very slowly started to raise it, eventually getting to 100 but I felt nowhere near where I was on premarin. I saw her last week and after crying my way through the appointment because my life is unbearable, she prescribed me Lenzetto to see how I get on with it and said 4 pumps is equivalent to 100 evorel
Sorry for the long post but hope that explains everything lol

Ah, yes, now I see. Thanks! 👍

Hi Smarty,
I think 6 sprays is the equivalent of a 100 Evorel patch. Have a look at this link:

Hi Victoria.
Thanks for that. My brain fog has me even more confused now though 😂 😂

I agree 4 sprays isn’t 100 patch equivalent but then it depends how you absorb. If nothing works as well as Premarin then perhaps go back to it. It’s finding whatever works for you.

Hi Floo36
Premarin can only be prescribed by a specialist and my gp doesnt want to refer me back there

Lenzetto is great for ease at the point of using, but the jury is out here somewhat due to all the faffing about with hour before or after showering, skin contact etc. The accuracy of the dosage seems questionable and a few agree it's not always an even delivery and may run out before the 56 doses. Using six sprays a day, 42 sprays a week, means you're only going to get about a week's worth before re-ordering. Given availability issues, you might run into delays. It's the practicalities that might be problematic for you at that dosage? See how you get on? 🤞

Hi Postmeno3
I'm actaully thinking about putting it on my thigh so it doesn't come in contact with my Grandkids and mum's dog.
My Gp will call on Tuesday so I'll double check the amount with her and ask for a new prescription since it took so long to get this one

Good luck Smarty! I've had great success with Lenzetto after other things (gel, patch) didn't work well for me. It's very individual it seems which HRT method works for which people, but Lenzetto has been a life saver for me! x
-
Are you using only Lenzetto, Gilla999 and at what dosage? Thanks!
-
Hi Gilla999
I'm glad it's working for you, It is good hear some positives when it can be a hard balance to reach.
Thanks

Hi Smarty!
I'm postmeno and currently on Premarin 1.25 mg. Interested in hearing whether 4 sprays of Lenzetto are comparable to the Premarin. Let us know how it goes.
-
Hi Ana
I wished I'd never been taken off premarin, it was so easy and straight forward 😂😂
Will let you know how I get on with Lenzetto

Postmeno yes only Lenzetto - I was previously on 2 sprays for about a year but had a drop in my Estrogen levels between Dec-Feb - either naturally, through covid, the vaccine or whatever else. Since then I've been struggling a bit to find the right new dose of Lenzetto to feel well again but seem (fingers crossed) to have turned a corner this week on 3 sprays so I am really hoping that I'll continue to be stable on that. I'm "only" 43 (love saying that, doesn't happen often these days!) so my hormones are still very much fluctuating which doesn't help!
When I first went onto HRT I tried both Estradot and Oestrogel and neither worked to get rid of my symptoms - it's possible it might have settled if I'd have given it longer, but from about day 7 of starting Lenzetto I felt 1000% better. Just goes to show how people react differently to certain delivery methods I suppose!
-
How long did you give the patch and gel?
-
Can't remember exactly but it was only about a month x
-
Morning folks
So I've been in Lenzetto for a few weeks and some symptoms are getting better, night sweats, sleeping(slightly).
However I find I've started yawning all day everyday, anyone experienced this? Or know why it is happening?
Thanks
