Title: Natural Progesterone

Hi,
I am taking 1 mg of Sandrina Oestrogen.  How much natural Progesterone should I be using?

if you are post menopausal, (more than 12 months since your last period) and you have a womb, then you do still need progesterone. The most common one given these days is utrogestan which you would take every evening one tablet (100). The leaflet would say to take it for 25 days every 28 days - so have 3 days off - but most are told to take it daily and prevent any bleeding.

Are you meno or peri? If peri it's 200mg x 12 days.
