I've just started everol conti patches am on my second one so just a few days in, any ideas on a better place to stick the patch would be great, I put 1st one at side of stomach n it was coming off the day before due to change, so I've now put one at top of my leg which isn't great place either lol..

I find the side of my thigh at the top the best place. I was sticking on my bottom but they either fell off or shrivelled for some reason. I have stuck them on inner thigh too. They do not recommend sticking too close to the stomach, underneath knicker line would be best if that is where you prefer. X

Hi there,

I've been using the patch since just before Christmas.  The best place for it is on your upper thigh.  I YouTubed it! Lol.

It's been fantastic in getting rid of the hot flushes but 4 months in I am now getting a fairly heavy period every other week, lasting upto a week! I don't know if this is normal :-(

I've still got no libido, no energy and I feel constantly sad (I don't like to call it depression) AND I'm putting on weight.  It getting me down so much.

I started taking Testogel yesterday as a blood test indicated I was low in that. I just hope and pray it'll make me feel normal again.  I'm just so fed up of feeling low and having no get up and go.

Does anyone else have a similar story to me!?

Bubbles, have you had a follow-up appointment since you started? Since it’s been more than 3 months you should I think. It sounds possible too much estrogen? Adding testosterone might help some of those symptoms.

I put my patch at the top of my thigh right at the front, it doesn’t get in the way of clothing etc that way and it’s the flattest part of my leg!
