I saw few posts about this but I am not sure if I should contact my GP as I have never experienced this before.
I have now been on HRT for 4 months and I started having this strange fluttering feeling occasionally in the last month, sometimes few times a day that last only seconds. Also sometimes as if my heart skips a beat or as if I feel a little tension in that area.
HRT is otherwise working well although i still get some night sweats, and some moodiness, thinning hair. I am happy to keep this regime as I am otherwise fine (1 mg Sandrena, 1 Utrogestan, vagifem). At my 3 month review GP suggested patch rather than increasing Sandrena, but I was concerned with changing and hope that within 6 months this still can improve. Considering I was menopausal for 2 years before I started HRT, it must take time.
Now this new symptom developed and i am not sure if i need to contact GP again considering how busy they are.
I do not drink alcohol, caffeine, do not smoke and eat healthily and exercise moderately. I am under stress though as most of us, but I used to be worse in the past with no heart issues.
I would be grateful for any comments or suggestions.
