Hi ladies, how many of you have found systemic HRT helps with your VA along with local estrogen xx

Me. I need both topical and systemic hrt nowadays to keep things healthy.  I'm 68.

I think it rather depends on how much systemic you take. I find I no longer need local oestrogen because I take a higher dose of oestrogel.

When I was on the 75 patch, I hardly needed local Oestrogen.
Now I’m on 1mg oral and I’m having to blast the pessaries, cream etc etc daily.
