Title: Anyone used NOHA or OVIRA?

Ive bought this and just wondered if anyone else had and used it successfully?

Sorry I've never heard of this. Can you explain more? is it like a TENS machine?

It is Yes. You stick them on the Knicker level - if that makes sense.

Yes, I've used it. I've had horrific periods throughout my life, but even worse if that's possible in Peri. Mine period pain was the same as when I was in labour...every single month. The Ovira was fantastic. It dulled the pain right down and I was able to do anything I wanted, whereas before, it was two days in bed, doing breathing techniques and gripping on to bed sheets. I also needed no other pain relief. Mine broke because I wasn't careful enough with the cable but I told them how much I needed it to survive and they just replaced it. It was about £100 bit honestly, I would have paid 10x that. It changed my life, no exaggeration.
