I had my Evorel reduced from 50 to 25, as I was feeling very anxious and nurse thinks maybe should of started me on lower dose 🤷♀️.. it’s been 48 hours and I seem to go very red in my face and neck, even my temperature was up, according to our hand held temperature gun! I’m not sweating though, just look very flushed. Is this a Hot Flush/Flash? I had one yesterday too at virtually the same time.. Peri Menopause really is the gift that keeps giving !
I have had night sweats for a while but the hot feeling is new!

I suspect that it's the difference in HRT!

It could be the drop in HRT. 25 is a low dose but a hot flush won't cause your core temperature to rise. Maybe you have one of the viruses that are doing the rounds?
Before I was on HRT I had night sweats first and then developed hot flushes in the day as you describe before then having hot sweats in the day. :)

I can look forward to feeling hot and sweating then! 🤦♀️
Probably linked to the drop in Everol then.. I felt quite dizzy too. Although getting over a chest infection so could be a virus. Husband doesn’t feel great either.

Keep well hydrated. Take plenty of pain relief as necessary and rest.
