Post by: LSmarty on March 23, 2022, 07:33:11 AM
Hi folks
Just started taking sandrena yesterday after being on evorel for the past 6 months (been on hrt 20years+) and I feel awful today, been awake half the night sweating, still sweating now, sore heat, aches and pains etc
Please tell me it will improve??

I'm pretty sure you haven't swapped like for like in terms of doseage. I think you would need 2 or 3 sachets of Sandrena as an equivalent dose. I think there is a conversion chart knocking around somewhere on here but not sure where. Maybe also on the Balance website. If I find it I'll report back

Hi I agree with Gnatty that you have decreased the oestrogen by a big amount. You need at least 2mg to be on an equivalent dose. x
