Title: Everol patches

Hi, I have started with Everol 50 patches today and I have UTROGESTAN for the progesterone part of HRT.

The patches say not to wear under tight clothing? All I wear leggings, skinny fit jeans and tight gym trousers. Surely I don’t have to start wearing wafty trousers? I have stuck the first patch on my right bum cheek away from my knicker line. Hopefully this is ok? Also I use sunbeds and I like to sunbathe when it’s hot. It says not to have the patch in direct sunlight. Will I be okay on the sunbed with the patch underneath my knickers? Xx

Hi, I have also just started Evorel 50 and Utrogestan. So far I've had a patch on my bum cheek, front of upper thigh and lower tummy. All have been ok and I'm surprised how well they've stayed on. I mostly wear skinny jeans, fitted trousers and run in leggings and all have been fine. I have no idea about the sunbed though.
