Anyone here take tablets (Femoston) and patches (Everol) combined? I’m taking Femoston but not finding them strong enough......

I was using both for a bit. My gp suggested it.

Why don’t you opt for a higher patch or gel dose, instead? That might suit you better?

Im suffering with anxiety at night again on the tablet but other things have improved ie skin, hair and I’m getting on with the progesterone in Femoston.

When on patches my skin/hair not great but sleep good however utrogestan makes me feel heavy basically rubbish - vaginally better but still feel rubbish.

Feel caught between a rock and a hard place!

Ah I hear you.
Are you on femeston Conti by any chance?
I’m on this and feel it isn’t quite enough.
This week I’ve added one spray of lenzetto.
Time will tell but to me, it’s nigh on impossible to strike a balance!

Hi Nas, No I’m on 2/10 but sequential but previously on 75mg Everol patch and utrogestan.  Good idea re spray.  I’m thinking of trying a 50mg patch on top of tablet but I’m not sure if this I dangerous or not? Can’t seem to find any info on it
