I have watery discharge every day despite using ovestin. It is a symptom of vaginal atrophy and I am not sure if it ever goes. I mentioned it to a menopause DR when she asked me if I have any discharge. She just agreed it was vaginal atrophy related.

The vagina cleanses itself.  How much discharge?  Is it yellow, smelly, thick?  Watery is 'normal' for most.  Also what goes up ;-)

Thanks ladies... it's just like water really, clear thin fluid, doesn't smell, it does irritate a little though and can sometimes feel a little stingy. Perhaps it's something that will never go. Never mind  :'(

Thanks again xxx

That is exactly what I have. I am sorry it stings you. Maybe a barrier cream like E45 may help? I find it helpful myself but I know if skin is very sore you have to go slowly when trying anything new.

A barrier cream is a good idea.  As well as sleeping naked ;-) and not wearing knickers when at home.

I do use a barrier cream, epiderm or vaseline, does help a little. Thanks again 🥰 xx
