Post by: menopausalalways on March 15, 2022, 12:35:51 PM
Anyone starting to feel lightheaded - slightly woozy?? I'm 65 and assumed all this rubbish would have cleared off by now!
What are other folk using??

Morning.  I have a nerve in the back of the neck which makes me feel woozy occasionally, a sudden 'oh' then it's gone  ::).  MayB check your posture during the day as well as foot wear and your pillow.

With regards B12, one doesn't take this without medical supervision.  Why do you think you require it?   This is something that can cause health problems when mixed with other medications.  A blood test may well show whether you require it.  As will a VitD blood test as low levels can cause intense tiredness.

Let us know how you get on and maybe keep to one thread or you'll get lost ;-)

I'm only using one thread as far as I am aware ? I'm not using Vitamin B12 - I am using SPATONE to ease the woozy feeling

In your other thread you ask whether anyone is using B12  :-\ to which Jaypo has replied.
