Title: Still night sweats
Post by: clareabelle1 on March 13, 2022, 07:43:31 PM
Hoping someone can help me please. Been on 2 pumps of Oestradiol and 2 Utrogeston continuous for a year.Still suffering from awful night sweats. Meno clinic put me on testosterone to see if it would help . Been 3 months now and no change. I've even bought a new mattress. No change 🙈. Anybody any ideas please. I feel so much better now apart from the nightly sweats. Don't want to stop hrt just want the sweats to 🤣

Hi
As Dotty says I think you need more oestrogen, also why are you on 2 utro a night as usually it’s only one if it’s continuous and 2 if it’s sequi.

I used to have occasional night sweats and found that soya in my diet helped alot. I tried it because I wanted to find a natural way to possibly help with symptoms and as I understand it is a plant based estrogen.

Night sweats are so exhausting! I take it you've had blood tests to check for any thyroid issues or an underlying infection?
