Title: Topping up Oestrogen

Hi all

Well I’m currently trialing femeston Conti 1mg.
It’s not too bad, but I feel I need a bit more Oestrogen. Not a lot, but a bit more.

Has anyone topped up their oral HRT with a blob of gel or spray for example?

My sole aim on this journey at the moment, is to avoid bleeding ( which is what was happening oh the higher dose patch)

Hi CLKD,
Yes, just trying to decide a course of action right now.

I’ve dropped my dose of oestrogen to try and avoid bleeds. But can feel bladder issues rearing now. I do have pessaries and cream but feel I may need more systemic oestrogen.

I also have testosterone, so it’s either add a blob of that or try 2 1mg tablets.... 🤦‍♀️

Hi Nas my specialist said I can too up patch with spray? Maybe email Dr Currie small charge but excellent advice xx

Yes Sazzle, May have to do some thing. I wanted to give tablet a good couple of months before testing oestrogen levels again. Worried about bleeds though! X
