Hello all
Need some help.
The estrogel (3 pumps) has worked really well for me for 2 years. I now think I’m not absorbing as feel return of symptoms. I tried pushing up to 3 and half pumps to no effect.
What patch would I need to be equivalent to 3 pumps?
Any suggestions for ones that stick well and are small?
Thanks in advance

Hi everyone can anyone help with the above? Be really appreciated.
I’ve ordered 100 micro gram patches
But as I’m on 3 to 3 half pumps gel at 750mcg this makes me think patch will be no where near what will be needed.
Confused!!
Thank you to anyone for some advice knowledge please 🙏

I have attached a link to the comparison chart from the Newson Clinic. They seem to say that 2 pumps of gel should be equivalent to a 50 patch, in theory.

Hope that helps!

Thank you Dawnp
It’s just boggled my brain trying to compare the micrograms. So I think I could try a 75 or cut a 100 to make about an 80. I’ll trial that for a couple of weeks 😁 x thanks so much
