Hi
I am post memo I think.
I have had an itchy vulva and there is white inside my labia when I open the “ doors”
I might have thrush.
I also have a light brown discharge some days.
I only recently noticed this.
I have had abnormal vaginal bleeding in the past and adjusted my hrt under medical supervision by reducing the oestrogen.
I currently take 25mcg evorel
100mg utrogestan oral
100mg vaginal utrogestan
I have seen gynaecologists since 2018, scans hysteroscopy.
The gynaecologist gave me a clean bill of health in October last year.
She did warn if any more bleeding I would need another hysteroscopy.
I have got a GP appointment booked for Friday as I see a specific one who knows my history.
I am autistic, so I struggle to cope seeing different GPs
I do wear a panty liner and I do scratch the vulva, I do not take my knickers off to scratch it.
I hope the brown discharge is thrush.
I hope my GP does not report me to the gynaecologist.
Any replies would help, any similar experiences.

Get some appropriate vaginal atrophy treatment. Brown discharge is old blood so your GP should refer you for a scan.

Hi Dandelion,
Sorry you're having these problems but you should really get it checked out as without seeing one it could all get worse (especially the itching).
I know it's not nice but at least you'll be seeing a doctor who knows your condition.
It could very well be thrush & possibly the discharge could be caused by you scratching at it.
Good luck for Friday & make sure you come back here & let us know how you get on.

Yeah, it's that "Here we go again" feeling.
I have been to and fro from the hospital a few times.
I just hope the gynaecologist doesn't send me straight to theatre, as she said I will get another hysteroscopy if I turn up there again with this problem.
I'm hoping my GP doesn't decide to report me to the Gynaecologist.
I know I have a few tiny fibroids as well.

Thank you, I got a busy day on Friday, I am also seeing my consultant psychiatrist regarding C-PTSD.
I hope I don't have to go back to the gynae again.
