Hello,
I’m new....
I’m 45 peri menopausal a mum of two ( 4 and 6)
I think I’m going mad...was hoping that 7 weeks in, my moods and crying would have toned down but alas no....it’s really affect my relationship, my confidence and everything really....
I need to make an appointment with DR for follow up and hoping an adjustment can be made to my dose, currently in Evorel 50 ( plus have mirena)
Any voices if encouragement welcome
:-)

I am 8 weeks into using everol conti and also have not seen any great changes other than bleeding/spotting. My GP has said to give it until the 12 week mark to see if it is going to work. Maybe leave it a bit longer and see how you get on xxx

Hello Kathryn76. Welcome to the forum. I am sorry to hear how you are feeling. It can take time to find the right HRT. I think it is a good idea to see your GP to discuss how you are feeling. Some have trouble with the progesterone part of HRT such as the mirena and it could be that part that is making you feel low.
It must be so difficult going through this and looking after children too. You will find lots of support on here.

Thanks for you support!
I was taking vitamin b complex before which did help my mood.
I may start taking them again, I guess it’s ok to use with HRT?

I take supplements along with HRT. You could always ask your GP if you are concerned. :)

Hi Kathryn
