I wondered if anyone had experienced upper right quadrant aching. Under their right breast sort of feels like it’s under the rib cage? I’m trying like hell to get a dr app but unless I am an emergency they wont give me one! It’s like a constant gnawing ache. Had it over two months. I’ve read that HRT can cause gallstones/biliary colic. Can anyone help please?

Most surgeries are open for business. :-\. U shouldn't have to be an emergency, those would be advised to go to A&E. Is there another surgery close by?
Your GP or Practice Nurse should do a phone call discussion to decide if you need a face2face. How long have you been on HRT? I get indigestion/heart burn which is common in peri-menopause.

I had twinges and grumbling pains in the upper right quandrant when I was put on a higher dose of systemic estrogen.
It improved when I reduced the dose. I also had pain or discomfort around the right shoulder blade.

Gallstones maybe ?
I had pain there when I developed gallstones , long story but hope you get to see a doctor and have it checked out. Don’t underestimate the seriousness of gallstones

Sounds like it. Keep trying for the Doctor. Lay it on thick when talking to the receptionist! You shouldn’t be turned away as if it’s gall stones you near a referral to the hospital. I had discomfort for a while before I had gall stone attacks.
