I scared my HRT uneducated GP and pharmacist by asking questions, so they referred me.
They'd put me on a regime for peri meno, which I altered, thanks to reading the BMS site, and this very helpful one.
Went to my appointment today, and got agreement from the doc that I was doing everything right, and gave me a 6/12 prescription for a higher dose of oestrogen!
Things are going in the right direction, the only problem I have is a return of migraines 😢 which she says should sort themselves out as my body adapts, and I really, really hope so, because I think I'd rather be a depressed, flacid sociopath than go through that hell again. 🤣

I understand that migraines may increase as hormones rise and fall. There should be treatment though!
I see you have another thread :-\ which is confusing ::)

They're not rising and falling though, they're constant.. I'm pretty sure I have none whatsoever in my system naturally. 😄
What have I done to confuse you?
-
You have two threads regarding migraines ? with different titles ? doesn't take long to confuse some of us ;D
-
No.. I have one posted specifically about migraines, and this one where migraines are just incidental. 😉
But I'm very good friends with confusion, so I totally get that. 🤣

;D
You've had a response to your migraine thread so worth posting ;).
