Title: what to try after Femeston Conti 2/10

Anyone on here been on Femeston and got to 2/10 and symtoms reappear?
my doctor has told me to research to decide what to do next but im completely confused.

they worked for about 4 months and now I have horrendous Brain fog/concentration issues ESP before i bleed but most of the time now.
My burning mouth has returned, fatigue, and low mood is awful, cant seem to bring myself to socialise or talk to people and its just so out of character for me.
heart palps are insane too.

can anyone else offer advice from experience or suggest what i can try next??

Hi you can try Oestrogen patches with Utrogestan. Or Oestrogel with Utrogestan. x
