Hi!  It can be Trial and Error and sadly, GPs still don't get it!

You could ask your local pharmacist, hopefully someone here will be along.   :welcomemm:  In the mean time ask your GP for a referral to a menopause clinic: not a gynaecologist: because they don't know as
much ;-).

Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use.  Let us know how you get on.

Hi to increase the oestrogen dose you would need to move to a patch or gel. You would need to use these with a separate progesterone . x

The tablets I do two weeks eostrogen and two weeks prog.
Is it possible to have continuous eostrogen so I’m not stopping it for two weeks at a time Like on the tablets

You have 2 weeks oestrogen only and 2 weeks combined oestrogen and progesterone.

Are the white ones the combined ones or oestrogen only? It'll tell you in the PIL. If they're combined you might be better switching to something with a different type of progesterone. Have a look at the Treatments tab to see what else is available. It isn't uncommon to feel worse on progesterone but it's trial and error to find one that suits you.

white ones have prog and pink have both in them by the looks of it.
was hoping id find someone on here who had same experience. sounds like some people have been on the 2/10 for years,

i seem to find by about day 3 of the eostrogen only ones i feel so much better but im just finding so many of the horrible peri symptoms are coming back day by day.

has anyone used the tablets and a gel or would that be too much
