Title: Need help with HRT and what works together

Hi ladies
I’ve been on HRT estriol gel 1 and a half pumps daily and utro daily vaginally at night vagifem every morning can I add ovestin to this mix?
I’ve just got an telephone appointment for referral to a menopause clinic as I think I need testosterone (no sex drive achy muscles low mood) but my gp won’t give it the last bloods I had was 0.02 for testosterone would ovestin help in the meantime? Thanks

You can use Ovestin externally as well as Vagifem. It will help with vulval soreness. Many use both products.
