Hi , I’m up to four pumps of oestrogen dr wants uk increase to 4.5 as I’m not absorbing it well
& continuous 100mg progesterone, is this amount of progesterone enough  ??
Any other ladies on four pumps of gel what dosage of progesterone are you taking ?

Hi I’m on 4 pumps and take 100mg of Utrogestan daily x
