I’ve been on HRT of varies types for a while now but I’m so confused about how it all works and what’s what.
I’m now on 3 small packs of gel everyday and then 2 tablets for 2 weeks.
At what stage should my period arrive?
When I take the tablets for the two weeks they make me feel dizzy and sick so I now take them at night to help. I have asked if I can change to something else but been told there is nothing else.
Please guidance if any kind would be great.
Thank you
Michaela

Hi. MayB put the product name into the search box to see if threads pop up? Make notes ;-).
Is it the progesterone making you feel poorly, it does affect some. There are several ways of delivering HRT.

What is it you're on? Assuming the tablets are progesterone (utrogeston?) you should bleed 2-3 days after you finish them. Have a look at the Treatments tab, there are many more options if you don't get on with this one.
