Title: Early morning waking - Evorel or Utrogestan??

Early morning waking is a huge problem atm.  Anyone got any ideas on what might be causing this Evorel or Utrogestan please?

Hi Dex

I would suggest Utrogestan as the culprit - any report disturbed sleep when on this phase of their hRT. I certainly do - even though it actually causes me to feel generally more fatigued and sleepy - the sleep is not so relaxed and also stimulates the bladder, so a nocturnal trip to the loo doesn't exactly help!
