I’ve been a lurker for a wee while and have enjoyed reading the posts. I’m definitely post menopause at 62 and apart from having suffered with Degenerative disc disease (result of a bad car accident and I had a head injury too, but it all could have been a lot worse) for 10 years, I consider myself lucky and healthy. Look forward to joining in with some friendly chats!

Ask away.  Do read the 'bladder issues' and 'vaginal atrophy' threads, make notes ;-).

Hi. Glad you’ve found us.

My OH has degenerated disc disease. Very painful.
Take a look at This n That, sometimes it’s really funny.

We have a funny thread too ........... pets, cycling, hobbies; we discuss most things  ::)
