Title: Signs of too much estrogen?

Hello ladies
Just a bit of help needed. I’ve increased estrogel in last 2 weeks from 3-4 pumps and seem to have now meno symptoms- burning feeling, headaches and tingling etc
I’d this a sign of too much?
Any thoughts or experiences gratefully received 🙏

Hi I suffer similar symptoms with too much oestrogen. Try cutting down a little bit.
