Title: Joint pain

Hi I have the coil and on 50mcg evorel patch and noticed I’m having joint pains stiffness tender breasts, pubs snd needles in toes which I hadn’t prior to starting HRT. I thought I’d feel younger on all this! The hot flushes have gone and anxiety less bit wondering is my patch too high??! Any advice would be 👍

As oestrogen levels drop muscles may become lax = aches and pains. 

Is it possible for you to halve the patch and use 1 in the morning the other evening?  To even out the delivery?
