I paid, and emailed a question over 7 days ago, and had no response yet. Is that a normal waiting time, for those of you who know about the service?

I am also.in the same situation as you.
Hopefully someone can let us know a timeframe.
Take care.

She got back to me pretty quick, if not by return, next again day. Think it went into "Other" mail or possibly even Junk now I think about it. It definitely didn't come to Inbox. Technical issue? That was a while ago, though. Over week-ends might be slower. Emma might help? 🤞

It took her a week in my case

When I used the service a couple of years ago, I never received the reply. I chased up and she had sent me one... One of those quirky technical issues.
Che k your spam, then chase up. She was lovely a out my chasing. And if I hadn't, I'd never have got the reply. Xx

Dr Currie usually replies directly. If there is any delay, please email me.

Hello
I had a bit of a wait as emailed about 3 weeks ago so sent a message via the link to check they’d received my payment, and had a very lovely apology.
Another couple of days and had a very detailed and helpful reply today-it was exactly the professional advice and information I needed. I can only imagine how busy the email requests must be. I know several friends who have had sudden disruption to symptoms likely the impact of outside stresses and changes we are all up against impacting?? Am guessing there’s high demand as I know I was struggling to speak to a GP and to be honest felt guilty as I know it’s not ‘life threatening’ and think they have their hands full.
Dr Currie will get back and the response for me was brilliant.
Best wishes

I did not have nearly such a positive experience with the email consultation
