Hi,
I'm a newbie here, decided to join and learn from you ladies, maybe whinge and whine from time to time and have a laugh or a cry depending where the mood takes me ;)
I am perimenopausal, was sleepless, tons of hot flushes, exhausted all the time and decided to take HRT while abroad. Got Cyclo-Proginova and was taking it for 2 cycles and has been a blessing have to say. My problems disappeared and a lot of things changed, things I never associated with this wonderful condition... For example, I started making plans, took Pilates classes, started being a lot more proactive in contact with friends... Basically like the fog lifted.
Slight wrinkle in my happiness is that I can't get Cyclo-Progynova here so my GP recommended Evorel Sequi patches and said I can also choose Femoston which is more similar to Cyclo-Proginova. Will snoop around to find out what are your experiences with this.
Looking forward to meeting you all 🤗

Hi! Welcome. Where were you when you found that product?
Some ladies find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary useful to chart progress. Let us know how you get on.

Hi @CLKD 👋, thank you for the welcome 🤗
I was in South European country.
They did blood tests, breast ultrasound for tracking changes, checked uterus wall thickness and recommended that one.
Brilliant idea about the diary, thank you!
