Title: Getting the dose right

Hello

Im 53 and started on patches last year. Started on a 75 patch. It was fabulous for a few months. Then the migraine started again. Specialist moved me to 100 patch and again I started to feel fabulous but I’ve found the migraine build up has started again over the past week. I’m heading back to the specialist next week.

I’ve recently had a Mirena and that has been wonderful. Periods have all but disappeared after only a couple of months.

Is here a higher dose or I even wonder is it too high? Has anyone had a similar experience?

More oestrogen isn't always the answer. It isn't something I suffer from but there have been posts on it you may find useful, try searching for migraine or aura.
