Hi ladies ,
Has somebody else in continuos regime of oestrogel and utrogestan every other night vaginally experienced period like pains?
I am aware of possible spotting / bleeding in first 3-6 months but as i am on a continuos regime and postmeno i am not expecting periods or periods pain .
Only been on this regime for 5 weeks , had some minor spotting on week 3 but this week i have woken up every day with what i remember felt like having period pain/ cramps down beliw especially on left side exactly like when i used to have periods pre menopause.
I am trying to think of causes :
Might utrogestan vaginally be causing this?
Any advice welcome thanks

This is a tricky one to answer for me but I can understand your concerns. As you say if you're PM than you might expect some break through bleeding whilst things settle down from changing but the period like pains I don't remember having.
I'd be inclined to try & have a word with your G.P.
