Title: Does anyone know when the changes to prescription charges for hrt come in?

Hi girls!

I can't seem to find anything on when the new reduced costs for hrt prescriptions will come into play.
I looked all over the net including Louise N website and Davina Mc'call and Gov site but nothing.
Anyone?
