Title: Have I increased my oestrogel too much?

Hi Ladies

Repeating a question here in the hopes of some more responses, thanks to those who saw it on the other thread and have responded already xxxxx

I'm peri so doing 12 days a month on utrogestan along with oestrogen daily.

Yesterday I started a very light bleed whilst still on the utro phase, this has never happened before. Today it is now my proper period. Could it be that I have increased my gel too much? I was on three with 4 some days but latterly I've been using 4 pumps daily.

I've now not taken utro last night or tonight and will just count yesterdayy as day one ( it was day 25).

I've been on utro for about 4months now and never bled in the utro phase before.

I'm also feeling the vivid dreams are increasing more?

Still toasty hot and exhausted by early afternoon...if not all day!

Any advice welcome!

Sounds like with your symptoms that your own Estrogen has dropped perhaps.  Perhaps you need more not less. Could you try increasing, it’s not a dangerous drug just our own hormones plus it doesn’t stay in your system.
