Title: out of date hrt

hi ladies anyone of you know if you can still use hrt patches when a year out of date pack has not been open

I don’t know if hormones work the same as medication in general but - if you use medication after the use by date it’s not dangerous but the active ingredients are unlikely to work any more. If HRT is the same you might find the patches just don’t do anything.
