Title: Phlegmy chest since starting oestrogen only hrt.

Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone else experiences this and knows what the relationship might be with systemic oestrogen only hrt? It co-incides with my starting and is worsening. If you have experienced it and it has improved, how did that come about? I first wondered if it could be down to intensive mask-wearing (in Scotland), but this was much more intensive previous to my starting hrt? 🤔
