Title: Spotting and mensrtrual migraine week before period due ?

Hi ladies, I keep getting months of dark brown spotting and my usual menstrual migraine a week before I've finished my utrogestan. I think it's my real period wanting to come.

Should I stop the utro early this month and let period come and start the hrt cycle to coincide with my own cycle as this keeps happening ?

Just to add I did have a scan for the spotting and they found 4cm functional cysts.

Sorry can't help.  Didn't want to cut and run though !  Any hints on the leaflet in the packets?

All it says is any spotting needs investigation, which I've had, I'm 100%sure it's my cycle overriding the HRT as I'm in bed 2days with my usual menstrual migraine, but period not due for a week.

I dread migraines  :-\ so far I haven't had them.
