I’ve not posted for ages been fairly steady with all the symptoms but these last few days been worse for me, I’ve had a very stressful few weeks with my sons school and he is now happy at another school, but early Friday morning I woke up right like the adrenaline buzz and felt left breast/heart muscle bit crampy not in middle of chest, course panic off scale took most of day to calm down again, had it on and off since it’s not all time I do think it’s stress and I ruminate the thoughts which don’t help at all and make it worse, I do get palpitations very rarely so don’t think it is that ,just thinking it’s my muscles tight with stress, anyone else had that? Am not on anything except evening primrose oil and multi vitamins just stopped mini pill after couple weeks ago

Yep. MayB because the adrenaline levels have dropped now that your son is more settled. How has your eating patterns been? MayB eat little and often to even out the chance of anxiety surges. i.e. every 3 hours even in the night. Gentle exercise, weather allowing.
There is a relaxation exercise 2 do in bed, tightening/relaxing the muscle groups from ankles to neck; the idea being to concentrate on the particular muscle at a time.

Do U sing?
-
Not very well! Why?
-
Sometimes anxiety is caused by not breathing correctly. In the 1960s my music teacher told me that not many people breath correctly so playing a wind instrument or singing helps: music heals, music unites as well as encouraging us to use our lungs properly ;-). Do you have a shower .........

I have used 'rescue remedy' mouth spray too, a couple of squirts and never think whether it is working: but I have never needed add any more that day. "I'd like the help the World to Sing" might be a starter ;)
