Title: Raised heart rate on HRT

Hi I’m new here. I’ve noticed on my Fitbit my heart rate has increased from 53 to 62 since first week in October when I had a mirina coil fitted and started estrodot 37.5mcg patch. It’s obviously linked a d wondering has anyone else noticed this.

Yes, mine does the same. If I add more estrogel, resting heart rate increases. If I decrease dosage, it goes down. I’ve found this very consistent for me over two years. My drs don’t seem to be bothered by it.

I got it on those patches, too. Recently switched back to Evorel and it's eaaing.
