Title: Should you tip?

My hairdresser now works from her home so should I tip? I used to at the salon as I wasn't sure how much she would get of the total amount I paid but now she gets 100%.

I think if you can afford to, you like what she does and you tipped before, I would carry on tipping. She might get 100% but she now has to pay for 100%, whereas the salon might have covered some costs before, even if she rented her space from the salon owner.

I don’t but give her a big tip at Christmas.
