Sir Amess - doing his job earlier 2day, attacked and died at the scene.

Dreadful.  I always liked him when he appeared on programmes like Question Time and the Brexit discussions.  He was always polite and listened to others before he had his say. RIP

There was an article about this in the Saturday edition of a Toronto newspaper. Such a sad story.

Difficult situations for all those in the public eye.  No respect places of Worship either.
