Title: Period no show with constant PMS symptoms? Is this s thing?
Post by: loonarider on October 10, 2021, 09:23:12 AM
Hi all,

I missed my period on 20th September. It's now a week to my next period.

But what is interesting is, I've been having PMS symptoms all the way from before the 20th (as you do) to date and I guess it'll continue until this next period shows (or not).

Does anyone else get this, PMS for a month/months if their period doesn't show?

Thank you!

Hello loonarider. Something like that is becoming more likely for me, too. I do not keep to writing down dates because I get bit OCD about them but I have broad idea of how my patterns work.

My periods now skip a month now and then, and I feel PMSey until the period arrives. For me it is fidgety, bit bloating.,and that feeling any minute now my period will come. I just have to rise above it and get on with life when I am working away from home.

Thing is, I wouldn't mind so much if my pms symptoms didn't include feeling like I have asthma eberday until the flow.

But since I've had no flow for getting to 28 days I've had a full 21 days of wheezing and not getting a satisfactory breath in.

I pray for my period to show up these days as impaired breathing as a pms symptom isn't fun.  :'(

I did not know that PMS can start asthma like symptoms, loonarider. I feel sorry that you have it. Does it come from PMS anxiety and  tension (I think my fidgety feelings are a sort of anxiety and tension thing)?

I admit to finding things to do that aim that fidget energy into the garden or housework, but it might not for everybody. Be very careful around me when the garden is tidy, and the house is clean  ;)
