Title: Do I stay on it/ change/ come off?

Advice needed please everyone. Need a new prescrip but cant get appt with usual Dr.
Have been on 2 pumps daily of oestrogel, 1 ustrogen tabket at night (56, post menopausal).
Whilst it has helped with my sleep, thats all it has helped with. My boobs are constantly sore & I am bloated which I hate.....
I don't know what to do next!

How long have you been on the regime?

It can be difficult to know which hormone is causing side effects or if it is in fact meno symptoms.  It does sound like you need a bit more Estrogen, it’s great that you are sleeping again but if you still have symptoms of low Estrogen then you probably need more.  I get bloated and bigger boobs from the utrogestan but it can all take a few months to settle once you are on the right dose and type.
