Title: shortages??
Post by: Beaker on September 29, 2021, 03:12:46 PM
Hi all,

After a year off HRT for various reasons, I am now going back on it again.  My GP prescribed Evorel 50 and Utrogestan.  When I logged onto Lloyds direct app - there is a message "waiting for stock" attached to the Utrogestan.

Has anybody had trouble getting hold of Utrogestan???  Don't tell me HRT shortages are starting up again after all the trouble we in 2020.  Is this because of Brexit??

I can tell you that my pharmacist in Spain has been selling a lot of medication to people in the UK this year because they are unable to get hold certain products.

Never had trouble getting Utrogestan but then I don't ask for it very often as my repeat prescrption is worng and I get tons of the stuff whenever I order it so it lasts for ages, especially as I do a long cycle.
