Yes, I know it sounds really stupid but I’ve always put mine on my inner thighs…………but today I was just googling things and read that it’s supposed to go on your arm, between your shoulder and wrist. Anyone advise me………please? Don’t ask me to contact my GP as she’s not clued up at all!!

Have you read the PIL? You can use either inner thighs or outer arms/shoulders. I use thighs but only to avoid getting cold with bare shoulders while it dries. I'm sure you could use it anywhere else apart from near genitals but I assume the above are the places they've used for testing it.

Inner thighs and back of knees for me too, same reason as Sheila.

Hi, I'm also putting to inner thighs. I don't like to apply to arms as the area feels a bit too close to breasts.

Thankyou ladies. X
