Title: Water Retention and HRT

Hello All -
Does anyone have experience of the impact of HRT on water retention. I am considering HRT to help with night sweats and insomnia. However, I experience significant hormonal water retention in my breasts and I don't know if I can face any more swelling.
Can anyone share whether HRT has caused/not caused water retention for those who are prone to it?

Hi Jesse. Just wanted to welcome you. HRT did cause me to have tender, enlarged breasts for the first few months but then it settled down. Hope that's helpful. You'll find lots of support on here.
