Hello everyone, I’m new here 😊 I had blood tests etc to confirm menopause and currently have 3 sprays of Lenzetto and 1 Utrogstan (hoping for bleed free - so far though have had bleeding every month) 4 months on HRT and now given testogel. A sachet to be used daily over 7 days. How do I split it into 1/7th 🤓 thank you D xx

With difficulty I should imagine!! I have it in little tubes and that's bad enough, trying to guage 1/7 of that. I think that's why some women go down the private route to get Androfemme. I imagine someone will come along with some tips for you!

Hi it’s a pea sized blob daily. After a while you get used to what size the blob needs to be x

I put it on my inner forearm and rub it in with the other inner forearm x
