Title: Advice on reducing doses

Hi

I am looking to reduce my hrt because of insomnia caused by utrogestan. I’m going to trial going down to one pump of oestrogel and 100mg utrogestan (currently on two pumps and 200mg). Going down shouldn’t have any risks other than a resurgence of the issues I was having prior to hrt… which I will monitor.

I recently started using 0.5ml androfemme (testosterone). Does anyone know if it’s ok for me to continue the androfemme at the same dose? Is the dose related to the dose of the oestrogel/ utrogestan?
